Blanchette

I am getting into the swing of things, the French flavor…or saveur, en Français.

This isn’t like my Greco experience packed full of ancient sights or cultural cuisine, it’s different, its unique.

Here we have our dog, our farmers, our garden, and our fireplace. Our kitchen, our hens, our dominoes, and our vin chaud. I have yet to venture too far out, but that is only because the saveur is really here at home, and I am soaking in every second of it.

Aubagne, and it’s surrounding territory is exquisite, and I promise there will be much more for you to see, but the absence of my posts have been due to the fact that I have been soaking up every minute I can here, in this home, with this dog, these hens, and this spectacular fireplace.

The wanderlust is not gone; I’m just fired up about exploring some interior spaces for a change. It’s a big world, and with what I have currently under my feet…it can wait a minute.
